Business Solutions and managed services involves the concept of a third-party monitoring and maintaining of computers, networks, software and applications. The actual equipment may be in-house or hosted by Cyberbyte Solutions facilities, but the “managed” implies an ongoing effort; for example, making sure the equipment is running at a certain quality level or keeping the software up-to-date.
It may also refer to a business solution that is entirely administered and maintained by Cyberbyte Solutions. For example, acting as an application service provider (ASP) maintaining the business software on our own infrastructure and managing both the hardware and all software upgrades. Typically making the application available to users via the Internet.
